We use various courier companies whom we trust to ship your valuable items from our Sydney & Hong Kong warehouses
All of our shipments are fully insured and we now only offer Express shipping for all Australian delivery address's
If you're one of our lucky international customers with a strong exchange rate we now ship to the rest of the world fully insured either from our Sydney or Hong Kong warehouse.
Unfortunately delays sometimes occur due to peak periods, traffic, weather etc, we try our hardest to deliver on time.
